1. The principle of dealer:
The company will establish the provincial general dealer
and municipal general dealer nationwide
1) Provincial general dealer: product stock over ￥200,000
in first time with annual sales over ￥2.4 million.
2) Municipal general dealer: product stock over ￥100,000
in first time with annual sales over ￥1.2 million.
3) All general dealers will be balanced according the
factory price with the consignment once receive the
payment. Dealer will pay for carriage for consigning
need
2. Promotion method of dealer
1) The company follows the promotion method of the following:
the profit for the first time will be fully returned
according the stock amount, for the second time, will
be fully returned at once (all according the factory
price)
2) 2% bonus will be given to the dealers which has achieved
the annual sales completes, the over sale part will
give 3%.
3) The advertisement investment will be offered by the
company and plan together with the dealers for launch
to the market
4) The qualification will be automatically canceled
if the dealer do not stock for second time within 3
months after the first time, the company will choose
others instead.
5) Contract in spring trade commerce and bonus given
of 5% to stock above ￥150,000 in first time, 10% to
stock above ￥300,000 and 15% for over 1 million (products
instead) only for first time stocking.
3. The company only guarantees the distribution date
once receiving the deposit of 10% of the amount that
paid within ten days after the contract, otherwise the
contract will be automatically cancelled.
4. All the responsibilities will belongs to the company
if any quality problem, the related fees of test undertakes
by dealers.
5. General dealers are not allowed selling to other
area, otherwise the company will cancel the return profit
and bonus even cancels the contract.
